Ingredients
- 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups (240g) Farm2Flour Einkorn All-Purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup (90g) dark chocolate chips

Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
