Cinnamon Waffles

Warm, golden, and perfectly balanced, these Cinnamon Waffles are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside with a rich hint of vanilla and spice. Made with our Farm2Flour All-Purpose Flour, they deliver a classic waffle texture with just enough sweetness and depth from brown sugar to make them feel a little extra special—without overpowering the simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

DRY

  • 2 cups Farm2Flour All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar (2 tbsp white + 1 tbsp brown sugar)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

WET

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1¾ cups milk
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Prepare Waffle Iron: Heat your waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.

  2. Mix dry ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

  3. Mix wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Combine. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix—some lumps are okay.

  5. Rest (Optional). Let the batter sit for 5–10 minutes for improved texture.

  6. Cook. Lightly grease the waffle iron and cook waffles until golden brown and crisp.
